Application Form - Pendle Apprentice of the Year Award

 

We want to know about your star apprentice! What has made them stand out and be a cut above everyone else? How have they had a positive impact in their job role and to the overall business or organisation?

 

Judges will be looking for:

• current apprentice or someone who completed an apprenticeship in the last 12 months

• examples of a significant contribution to the workplace, changes in working practice, new ideas, commitment and positivity

Note - Businesses can only submit applications for a maximum of 2 categories. If you enter more than one award you are required to complete a separate statement for each category you enter.
