Application Form - Pendle Innovation Award

 

This award is open to all and we’re looking for businesses which demonstrate innovative solutions in the workplace.  This can apply to any aspect of the business from processes, digital solutions to people or products.

 

How has this innovation been successful? We are looking for all types of innovation, small or large, no matter what your business or industry is.

 

Judges will be looking for:

•  examples of the innovation showing how it has contributed to your success

• innovative approaches to working

Note - Businesses can only submit applications for a maximum of 2 categories. If you enter more than one award you are required to complete a separate statement for each category you enter.
