Application Form - Pendle Green Business Award

 

This award is open to all businesses which can demonstrate how you’re tackling your environmental impact. It can be anything to do with the customer, the product, the business, business operations or your staff.

 

Judges will be looking for examples/evidence of:

• solutions for energy, resource and waste management

• be it large or small, schemes that help show your green credentials

 

Note - Businesses can only submit applications for a maximum of 2 categories. If you enter more than one award you are required to complete a separate statement for each category you enter.
